1. Chlorpheniramine

Chlorpheniramine is a great option when treating seasonal allergies. This medicine is ideal for itchy or water eyes, sneezing, itchy nose or throat, and runny nose caused by seasonal allergies. This is a class of medication called antihistamines, which is used to block the action of histamines, a substance in the body that causes allergy symptoms. You can take 1 dose every 4 hours as needed. It might cause drowsiness, but this isn't too likely.
